Shifts: 2nd Shift

Hours per week: 32 Hours (4 8-hour shifts) or 40 Hours (5 8-hour shifts)

Schedule: Evening Shift (2:45pm - 11:15pm)

Weekends: Yes (Every Other Weekend)

EMR: EPIC

Assignment: 13 Week Assignment

Start Date: ASAP ~ Pending Medical Clearance

For APN: Do NOT need a copy of the iCORI release. Do not require while qualifying.

ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA) or The American Red Cross (ARC). Required for RNs in ER and Oncology.

BLS from AHA or ARC. Required for RNs in ER, Oncology, and Behavioral units.

PALS from AHA or ARC. Required for RNs in ER and Oncology.

Primary source online verification for Allied Professionals non-RN, LPN. For any license hits, our client would still like us to request written approval.

APEX/Blue Cloud are not acceptable for NIH Stroke Certification.

Physical exam within 1 year of start. Use a 3/3/3000 expiration date for physicals not updated annually.

10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start. Aya does not require the drug screen to be updated annually.

Flu Vaccine required between August 1st – April 30th. No exemptions or declinations accepted for Flu.

Covid booster is preferred.
