Shift: 3x12 Nights

25 bed unit.

Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years' experience required.

First-timers accepted: No.

Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend

Is on-call REQ? No.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float if needed.

Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.

Pending License accepted: Yes.

RTO Restrictions: Discuss time off requests with manager.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.

CRT also accepted.

Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department.

Required Airway Management Devices/Suctioning: Endotracheal tube/suctioning, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal/suctioning.

Required Patient Care Experience/Skills: Patients with ARDS, Aspiration, COVID, and Pneumonia.

Required Medication Administration Skills/Experience: Albuterol, Atrovent, Inhaled steroids, Lidocaine, Mucomyst, Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Xopenex.

Required Medication Delivery Systems Skills/Experience: Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach.

Required Nebulizer Skills/Experience: Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar.

Required Oxygen therapy skills/experience: Bag and mask, ET Tube, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Trach Collar.

Required Ventilator Management Skills/Experience: BiPAP, CPAP, IMV (intermittent Mandatory Ventilation), Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation.

Pressure/Volume Ventilator experience required.

Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: ABG interpretation, Basic EKG, Chest Physiotherapy.

Will work every other weekend

Badge photo required within a week of signing. This is due no later than Monday before start.
