Health and Compliance Requirements

• Fit Mask: Must be updated annually; fit testing required on RGH campus
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray: Required within 12 months of start
• Vaccination Records:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation: Required annually
• Drug Testing: Required within 30 days of start date
• Eye Exam: Required within 1 year of contract start date
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Preferred, not required

Background and History Checks

• Criminal Background Check: Must be no older than 3 months from start date
• Employment References: Minimum of 2 required
• Current Resume/CV: Required
• Education Verification: Required for international education

Additional Information

• Fingerprinting: Required for Mental Health and LTC units per facility request
• Work History Verification: Need to verify at least two past employments
