• Patient Ratios: 1:2
• Unit Staffing: Charge nurse and unit secretary available; no tech.
• Equipment: Alaris pumps, GE monitors.
• Documentation System: MediTech.
• Scheduling Requirements: Self-scheduling; work every 3rd weekend.
• Floating Policy: Travel/Agency staff float to telemetry for patient care; other areas as helpers/resources.
• Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET.

Hiring Profile

• Requested Skill Set:

  • Must have critical care experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Advanced skills in neuro and trauma experience are a plus.
• Procedures Performed on Unit:

  • Open heart recovery.
  • Bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopies, CRRT, Impella.
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS.

Dress Code

• Required Uniform: Scrubs - Royal Blue.
