Patient Experience Requirements

• Strong communication and patient experience skills are essential.
• Must sign an attestation regarding patient experience focus.
• Nurses are expected to know patients' preferred names and establish personal connections.

• Certifications: Level II trauma center, interventional cardiology, interventional neurology
