- Required Certifications: BLS/ACLS.
- Years of Experience: 1.5+.
- Float Requirements: Yes.
- Must Have Skills/Experience: EKG interpretation and critical thinking skills is a plus.
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Manage discharges and admissions, basic cardiac drip knowledge.
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, CP, ARF, COPD, Uncontrolled diabetics, CKD, Post Cardiac Cath care.
- Personality Fit: Team oriented and flexible.
- Required Education: Associate degree, BSN preferred.
Job requirements
- Shift: 7A or 7P.
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs.
- Weekend Hours: 12hrs (Every other or Every Third weekend).
- Call Requirements: No.
Schedule information
- Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 22.
- Patient Ratios: 5:1 or 6:1.
- Equipment: Welch Allyn V/S machine, Hoyer Lift w/ weight scale, Abbott Glucometer, Computers on Wheels, TR band, Baxter IV pumps.
- Patient Population is adult and geriatric.
