Experience titrating vasoactive and inotrope medications

Chest tube experience

Past ICU experience

Open Heart experience (preferred)

Temporary pacing (preferred)

Swan-Ganz Catheter experience (preferred)

Intubation

Central line and arterial line placement

Chest tube placement

4 weekend shifts Month

Department leadership completes the schedule around the RTO

Floating will be on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first

MyCare board are updated each shift during bedside shift report

Bedside shift report is completed at each change of shift

Patient Ratios: 2:1

Unit staffing description: No LNAs or PCTs. Around the clock mid-levels, Trauma surgeons and respiratory therapist

Type of equipment: GE Monitors, Hamilton Bipaps and Hiflows. Puritan ventilator, Hemospheres

Documentation system: Meditech Expanse

Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.
