    Unit specific information
  • Number of Beds – 9 designated and 5 swing (shared with PACU)
  • Staffing: Day Shift – 1 CNC (shared with PACU), 5 RN’s (3 full-time, 2 part-time), 2 PRN RN’s, 1 PCT (all staff shared with PACU)
  • Night Shift – call coverage
  • Patient Ratios – 2:1
  • Type of equipment – Accuvein, CulturaLink
  • EMR – Medi-Tech
  • Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Pediatric experience BLS, PALS, ACLS
  • Preferred skills: PACU experience, PICU or ED Experience
  • Typical Procedures: IV starts
  • Best personality Fit: Go-getter, Flexible with schedule
    Additional Details
  • We have call teams that cover the nights/weekends leaving little to no call for candidates. Wide range of pediatric surgery, radiology, and cardiac cath. procedures.
