Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.

Job requirements

Must have: CVOR experience (CABG, MVR, AVR, Carotid, Ascending aneurysms, Bentall, TVR, mini AVR, Mini MVR, TAVR, Mitra clip)
Preferred or nice to have: robotic thoracic experience

Schedule information

Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.

Unit Information: CVOR 70610
Number of CVOR’s: 2 and 1 structural heart suite
Number of Staff 7-10
Type of staff: 1 anesthesia tech, 2 scrub techs, 2 first-assts, 4 nurses, 1 supervisor, 2 CT surgeons, 3 perfusionists
Type of equipment – Davinci Robot, Terumo and Maquet vein harvesting systems, Storz cameras.
Typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, Valve procedures, robotic lobes and decortications, carotid endarectomy, TAVR, Mitraclip
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Must reside within 30 minutes from the hospital for on-call purposes.
