• A 25-bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center.
• Located in rural Craig, CO, 45 miles west of Steamboat Springs, CO Ski Resort.
• Offers a variety of services including L4 ED care, inpatient care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, laboratory, special care unit, cardiopulmonary, oncology, and chemotherapy services.

Job Description

• Position: Occupational Therapist
• Focus: Primarily outpatient pediatrics and adults, with some subacute inpatient adults as needed.
• Work Environment: Supportive, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team with mentorship and continuing education.
• Work Schedule: Days, 40 hours guaranteed, with a 4-day work week.
• Patient Care: 45-minute one-on-one treatments, 1-hour evaluations, and paid documentation time.

Essential Functions

• Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine treatment plans.
• Implement programs to help patients develop or regain physical or mental functioning.
• Issue adaptive equipment and customized splints as necessary.
• Evaluate patient progress and recommend adjustments to therapy.
• Document patient care services via EMR (EPIC) in compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and advocate for the occupational therapy profession.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License or valid compact license.
• Certifications: Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
