  • 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS
  • Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility.
  • 13 weeks assignment, 2 years experience current required in large ED. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast-paced environment.
  • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
  • Traveler must pass the BCA testing during the first week of assignment. Travelers that do not pass the BCA test will be dismissed.
  • EMR: EPIC experience REQUIRED.
  • ORIENTATION: The first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
  • SCRUBS: Required and not provided by the facility.
    Job requirements
  • Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license.
  • Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
  • When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
    Schedule information
  • This is a 12 hour varied shift position (1900 or 0700 start time). Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
  • On-call 1-12 hour shifts/4 weeks, weekends minimum 3 shifts/4 weeks, and holidays at least one required.
  • Travelers are first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
  • Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

  • NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024)
  • Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from the last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
  • State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
  • ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED/AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
