Job requirements

Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it.
Be sure this is added to the application prior to submitting in order to avoid delay.
**Must have CABG experience
Need EPIC experience
1.5 years exp some level 1 or 2 is preferred
Travel experience preferred

Schedule information

All 48-hour contracts OT is billed at 48 hours
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters.

Unit specific information

Specialized in cardiac care with routine management of open-heart surgery patients.
Located within PHP Miami Valley Hospital.

Additional Details

Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion.
I9 required per contract.
Government Issued Photo ID is required.
Everify required per contract.
