  • 13 weeks
  • 3x12 hour days, 7A-7P
  • 12 West is a telemetry PCU specializing in the care and management of hospitalist medicine patients including stroke and neurology patients. This Stroke/Neuroscience unit of CRMH is a Joint Commission certified primary stroke center.
    Job requirements
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4)
  • All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity
    Schedule information
  • 3x12 hour days
  • 7A-7P
  • Travelers must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year).
    Additional Details
  • ALL RTO MUST BE SENT UP FRONT WITH SUBMITTAL
  • I9 or attestation required.
  • Drivers License/State ID required within 48 hours of signing.
  • Everify or attestation required.
  • Residency Declaration Form required if working on a compact license. AHA ONLY! Check certifications for Carilion By Unit Spreadsheet if cost center is incomplete.
  • Certificates required as applicable by unit.
