  • Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
  • Rotating shifts can vary between switching between days and nights within the same week and/or working a few weeks of days and then a few weeks of nights. Flexibility is a must
  • RTO during a contract will not be approved for greater than 8 days and this must be scheduled so that the traveler can still work his/her full 36 hours/week
  • RTO in between the ending of one contract and the beginning of another will not be approved for greater than 7 days
