Job Description

Certifications Required:
- Registered in vascular technology (ARDMS-RVT or CCI-RVS)
- Registered in echocardiography (ARDMS-AE and/or ARDMS-PE or CCI-RCS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification for ER/ED and Pediatric ER
- State License Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- IV Certification (for LPN/LVN/Other)
- Additional certifications as required by specific units

Work Schedule

Hours: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Shifts: Four 10-hour shifts with rotating days off during the week

Additional Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of EPIC experience
Documentation:
- Proof of I-9 or Attestation
- Driver's License/State ID
- E-Verify documentation
- HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
- Background checks and drug testing as per facility requirements
- Health documents including TB testing, vaccinations, and physical exams

Competencies

Completion of online modules and pre-assignment testing within specified timeframes
Passing scores on competency exams related to EKG and medication
Compliance with facility-specific documentation and training requirements

Certifications must not expire within 30 days of the start date.
