Pros
They pay every 2 weeks Have a coffee shop M-F until 11pm
Cons
Large work loads, excessive miro managing by administrators, the educator and the manager are extremely rude. Every new PT gets an IS, O2 check, and a limited assessment or you get written up. Even if they have no history or a reason to even have an IS. RT is not valued here, you will run your butt off all night and have 2-3 floors or more. This is a big hospital, you will have upwards of 60+ PT’s to round on daily.
