Requirements

Licensure: New Mexico license required
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- National certifications may be required based on specialty
- Additional certifications may include ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, and others as specified by the facility
COVID Vaccination: Required; religious and medical exemptions accepted with proper documentation
Background Check: 7-year criminal check required within 30 days of start
Drug Testing: Negative drug screen required within 30 days of start
Physical Exam: Required within 1 year prior to start
Fit Mask Test: Required within 1 year of start
TB Testing: Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
Vaccinations: Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella vaccinations required

Additional Information

Local Candidates: No locals within 75 miles accepted
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, with the facility allowed to call off 3 times throughout the assignment
Mileage Reimbursement: Available at a specified rate
RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval

Valid non-local driver’s license
Social Security Card
Various health documents and certifications as specified
Education verification and work history verification
