Requirements

  • Licensure: New Mexico license required
  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
    • National certifications may be required based on specialty
    • Additional certifications may include ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, and others as specified by the facility
  • COVID Vaccination: Required; religious and medical exemptions accepted with proper documentation
  • Background Check: 7-year criminal check required within 30 days of start
  • Drug Testing: Negative drug screen required within 30 days of start
  • Physical Exam: Required within 1 year prior to start
  • Fit Mask Test: Required within 1 year of start
  • TB Testing: Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
  • Vaccinations: Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella vaccinations required

Additional Information

  • Local Candidates: No locals within 75 miles accepted
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, with the facility allowed to call off 3 times throughout the assignment
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Available at a specified rate
  • RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval

  • Valid non-local driver’s license
  • Social Security Card
  • Various health documents and certifications as specified
  • Education verification and work history verification
