  • 10 hr shifts - UT Southwestern Medical Center - Dallas, TX
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40
  • Shift Requirements: 10 hour shift Varying Start/End Times (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • ON CALL: Average about (7) days of call per month. Response time: 30 MINS
  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years of Cath lab experience. Comfortable with large lab experience and PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
  • Education Requirement: Associates Degree in field or Higher Required
  • Required Skillset: Current manifold experience, Right & Left heart caths (within the last year), PCI/STEMI, balloon pumps/Impellas (within the last year) *TRAVELER MUST HAVE THESE SKILLSETS*
  • Preferred experience: Heart biopsy, TAVRS/Structural heart, ECMO & Mitra clips
  • Equipment: Philips x-ray, Volcano, IABP, Impella
  • Charting/Equipment: EPIC (strongly preferred). If no EPIC, then scrubbing back to back cases.

    Unit specific information
  • Unit Overview: 4 Cath lab rooms, 1 hybrid and 2 EP rooms. Average about 15 procedures per day within all 4 lab rooms
  • Scrub Colors: Navy (Provided)
    Additional Details
  • *AUTO OFFER UNIT*
  • BLACK OUT DATES - NO CHRISTMAS TIME OFF
  • 50 mile radius - waived for Cath Lab
  • *Parking - Paid parking pass $39/month - will be provided a parking map*
  • *Hours not guaranteed during orientation week or when unit is closed.*
  • **No orientation offered the last Mondays of the month**
  • * Prefer RTO 3 days or less*
