Certification Requirements: BLS and ARRT(CT)
Skillset Requirements: Minimum 1 Yrs Exp, IV Starts, PACS, Contrasts, Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, and Musculoskeletal

Schedule information

Call Requirements: 2, 8 hour call shifts per 4 weeks as well as 1, 24 hour weekend shift per 13 weeks
Mon-Thurs 2100-0700

Unit specific information

Trauma 1, Stroke 1, Vascular 1 programs with a busy ER
We also perform advanced exams including Coronary CTA, TAVR, Cardiac, and Low Dose Exams

Additional Details

Valid Driver’s License or Passport required. Must be clear copy
Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date). Must be through primary source. IN.gov
Proof of valid auto insurance required for all travelers under Hospice specialty
