Shift Time: 7a-530p or 7a-330p
Circulate Open Heart and Vascular
Helpful if can scrub open hearts
AHA BLS - current
Orientation hours – (32-40hrs.) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate

Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
Required annually: HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Physical Exam within a year of start must include an assessment that they are capable of safely performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
