Registered Nurse position at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, Georgia for an 8-week contract with a 36 or 48-hour guarantee.
Minimum experience of 2 years is required; 1st time travelers are accepted.
Patient population ranges from adults to geriatrics.
General skills and work setting requirements include caring for patients with ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Post-op complications, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, Liver failure, Drug overdose, ESRD on CRRT.
Notable unit systems include Pyxis, Epic, SBAR.
Scrub Color: Navy Blue.
Ratio/Census: 1:2-3 with an average daily census of 19 in 24 rooms.
No RTO. Weekends: Every other weekend.
Floating within the facility may be required.

Job requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Candidate must be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient.
Block scheduling is not guaranteed; No Travel Pairs.
Pre-Screen: Candidate will be reviewed by clinical for fit, and further by manager for final decision.

8 Week Holiday Incentive for travelers starting on the posted date, willing to work certain holidays.

Additional Details

Travelers must be available to work Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
Locals accepted at the same rate.
