Job Description
- Main OR - RN
- 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
- Scrubbing experience preferred
- Previous pediatric and travel experience required
- Proficiency in working within the OR
- On-call: Yes, up to 3 times every 6 weeks
- Shift Hours: 10-hour days (7 AM - 5 PM) and 8-hour shifts
- Charting: EPIC

Required Qualifications
Certifications:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (preferred for NICU)
- Additional certifications may be required based on specific units (e.g., Chemo certification for Oncology, EFM for L&D).
Background Checks:
- 10-year criminal background check required
- Massachusetts Statewide iCORI clearance
Health Documents:
- Physical exam required within the year of start
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, COVID-19, and Flu)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray
Additional Information
- Onboarding: Candidates will receive an onboarding packet 2 weeks prior to the start date.
- Exemptions: Medical and religious exemptions for vaccinations are accepted, but declinations are not.
- References: 2 professional references from the last 3 employers are required.
