Job Description

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Unit Name: General Ultrasound - Technologist - Danvers Health Center
• Unit Description: General Ultrasound Department equipped with GE E10 US units.
• Years of Experience Required: 1 year
• Skill Sets Required: General Ultrasound
• Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Patient Population: Diverse
• Bed Count: 1
• EMR (Charting System): EPIC and Visage PACS
• Floating Required: No
• Certifications Required: RDMS (ABD/OB/GYN), RVT preferred

Required Credentials

1. License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification.
2. Fit Test: N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date.
3. COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date COVID vaccine required.
4. MMR Vaccine: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity.
5. Hepatitis B: Record of 3 vaccines or proof of immunity preferred.
6. Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
7. TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date.
8. Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
9. MGB Criminal Background Check: Required within 45 days prior to start date.
10. MGB Massachusetts CORI: Attestation of criminal history required.
11. MGB Resume: Include past 7 years of work experience.
12. MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 supervisor or above.
13. MGB Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
14. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required upon acceptance of assignment.
15. Education Verification: Verification of highest level of education achieved.
16. MGB SSN Trace: Must verify addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.
17. MGB National Sex Offender Check: Required within 30 days of start.
18. MGB Exclusion Checks: Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
19. MGB TB Symptom Survey: Required if positive PPD.
