  • Proficiency in reading Tele Scripts and robust cardiac telemetry knowledge necessary
  • Hiring for 3 openings on the night shift
  • 36 guaranteed weekly hours with every to every other weekend work required
  • No call requirements
  • Candidates must have more than 1 year of experience
  • First to float, with a possibility to float to other med/surg units as needed
    Job requirements
  • Experience with cardiac surgery (CABG/valve replacement/post aortic dissection repair), thoracic surgery (VATS, wedge resection, lobectomy)
  • Comfort with chest tubes, temporary epicardial pacemakers. Post-TAVR patient care
  • Knowledge in medical treatment Cardiology: Heart Failure, Pulmonary Hypertension
  • Familiarity with Amio, insulin, dobutamine, nitro, milrinone, diltiazem
  • Experience in Surgical/trauma/tele
    Schedule information
  • Night shift: 7p-7a
  • Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): Every to every other weekend
    Unit specific information
  • Number of Beds: 36
  • Patient Ratios: 1:4 day shift, 1:5 night shift
  • EMR System: Epic
    Additional Details
  • Seeking candidates with a flexible & easygoing, teamwork-oriented personality
  • Hospital onboarding modules will be assigned on Day 1
