Qualifications

Required Certifications:
- Wisconsin RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year of inpatient Palliative Care preferred
- 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience required
Charting Experience: Epic required
Required Skillset:
- Medical/Surgical skill set
- Experience in Palliative Care/Hospice is helpful

Unit Information

Bed Size: 10 bed unit
Patient Ratio: 2 RNs and 1 CNA per 10 patients (5:1 RN ratio)

RADIUS RULE: Must be outside 50 miles from the facility
