Job requirements

1 year recent exp in specialty
AHA BLS NRP
Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
EPIC experience required
LA Fire card must get within 30 days (can sub without)
NICU I- III
Neonates 24+ weeks
Management of ventilated patient
Arterial line management
Umbilical/central line management
Recognition and management of dysrhythmias
Management of IV drips
Tube feeding
Neonatal abstinence syndrome (withdrawal) protocol
Isolation precautions
ECMO preferred
ICP Monitoring preferred
Attend high-risk deliveries preferred
Computerized documentation
Nurse to patient ratios 1:1 - 2+

Schedule information

12-hour shifts

Additional Details

Charting system: Epic
3-month separation
Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work
