Common job information
- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.

Certification details
- COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Experience: 2 years pediatric CVICU experience. Children's hospital experience strongly preferred.

- Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. BSN preferred.
