EMR/Equipment: EPIC and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm
Interventionalist hours/on call: Intensivist MD In house 24/7 MD, IR always available, on call after hours
Team Lead there and working in the lab, supervisor and lead to sign time cards
IR Techs: Yes
Floating Requirements: Radiology pre/post
How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: One week- classroom and lab
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

Schedule information

2x10hr shifts & 2x8hr shifts OR all 8s; 0700-1530 and 0600-1630, Team scheduling, posted 17 days prior for 6 weeks at a time
Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 days per week
Weekend/Call Requirements: Every third weekend on call
Holiday/Call Requirements: Every other
What is call response time? 30 minutes

Unit specific information

# of suites/labs: 2 labs
#cases per day on average 5-10
Job Duties: RN in charge of the conscious sedation and have autonomy in managing this closely, charting, circulating, pre and post for IR

Shifts & Scheduling: 2x10hr shifts & 2x8hr shifts OR all 8s; 0700-1530 and 0600-1630, Team scheduling

Additional Details

Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
