Minimum Experience and Certifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years
• Certifications Required:

  • ARMRIT
  • BLS
  • EPIC experience required

Additional Information

• Patient Care: May involve caring for COVID patients.
• Facility Policy: Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
• RTO (Request Time Off): Maximum of 7 days.

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

Background Checks

• 7-Year Criminal Background Check: Required within 30 days of start.
• PA FBI Fingerprinting: Required within 1 year of start; candidates can start with results pending but must have results on file within 45 days.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM Check: Required within 30 days of start.
• HHS/OIG Check: Required within 30 days of start.

Health Documents

• Physical Exam: Required within 90 days of start, signed by a qualified medical professional.
• Vaccinations:

  • TDAP vaccine (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (within 90 days)
  • Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella vaccinations or positive titers required.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or declination required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination or exemption required.
  • Flu vaccination required during flu season.

Certifications and Competencies

• ACLS, BLS, PALS: Required as applicable.
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam: Required for RNs, except OR.
• Tech Cert Verification: National certification required as applicable.

References and Education

• Professional References: 2 required within 3 years of start.
• Education Verification: Required for all clinical assignments.

• Learning Management System (LMS) modules are required for RNs and CNAs, to be completed by a specified deadline.
