Wound/Ostomy/Continence (WOCN) - required

Certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurse (WOCN) required. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Traveler must be willing to work one of the following: Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after. COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Berkshire will not consider local candidates (those who reside within 50 miles of facility). Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color.

2 years current wound care experience. Certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurse (WOCN) required - NON NEGOTIABLE! MUST BE IN-HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD! Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.

BLOCK SCHEDULING/SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS (10/12hr shifts) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS CLIENT. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment. Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment), License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.
