Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience (required).
Certifications: Must have active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (required).
Background Check: No license hits (required).
Vaccination: Flu vaccination status must be included in submission; declinations can be applied for.
Travel Experience: Preferred.

Submission Guidelines

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
Include a copy of the driver's license in the submission.
All requests for time off (RTO) must be listed on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays.
List all facilities, shifts, and departments the traveler is open to working in.
Ensure the Banner Cover Page is completely filled out.
Resume must include all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
Skills checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old.
Active license verification must be less than 30 days old.

Additional Information

Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
