  • Position needed is for four 10-hour shift or five 8-hour shifts.
  • Weeknight & weekend call required.
  • Only 1 requested shift off allowed for all staff between Thanksgiving & New Years Day.
    Job requirements
  • 2 years OR Circulating Experience at Acute Care Hospital
  • Varied skill set with General Surgery, ENT, Uro/Gyn, Ortho, Robotics
  • CVOR experience
  • BLS
    Schedule information
  • Weekends covered by on-call 24 hrs Sat/Sun.
  • Call shift during week begins at end of regular shift.
  • Shift ends 5pm, call starts 5pm to 7am.
  • Shift ends 7pm, call starts 7pm to 7am.
  • Shift starts at 0630, Huddle 0645 daily, 30 min response time for on-call.
  • Staff self-schedule on-call shifts 1 to 2 per week depending on PTO requests.
    Unit specific information
  • Floating Area(s): Preop Holding
  • Dress Code: Scrubs provided by hospital.
  • Artificial nails, dips, gels, etc not permitted.
  • Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Heavy Robotics, Gyn, General Surgery, ENT, Colorectal, Vascular, Urology
