Valid 10 years from the administered date for Tdap
Exam and answer key found in Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test for EKG Exam
Optional for Onboarding, but needs to be uploaded by our Ascension unit leader within a week for Unit Specific Checklist

12 weeks - EOW; EOH; 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
