Job Description

• This role involves a rotation of days and evenings with hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, all 8-hour shifts. Weekends are required every other week from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
• Must be currently registered to practice pharmacy in the state of Missouri.
• One year of hospital pharmacy experience and EPIC experience required.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

• Certifications:

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
  • Tech Cert Verification - National
  • Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
  • State License Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

• Competencies:

  • Color Blind Testing Online
  • Competency Exam
  • Core Testing (Parts I, II, III)

Health Documents Required

• Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
• Mask Fit Test (within 12 months of start)
• TDAP vaccine (within 10 years of start)
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of start)
• Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation
• Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen (within 30 days of start)
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation (current flu season)
• COVID-19 vaccination proof is not required.

Background and History Checks

• 7-year criminal check (within 60 days of start)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check (within 60 days of start)
• HHS/OIG check (within 60 days of start)
• 2 professional references required
