Job details

Registered Nurse position at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Rapid Response.
13-week contract with possibility to extend.
Primary Unit: PICU, may float to Pediatrics, and NICU if needed.
Patient Ratio: 1:2+.

Job requirements

Must have 2+ years of PICU critical care experience with 1 year of cardiac experience.
Must be competent to care for CT patients with various cardiac conditions.
Must be experienced with Medtronic pacemakers, Tele monitoring, BIPAP/CPAP, vents, high flow nasal cannula, trachs.
Previous travel RN experience preferred.

Schedule information

13 weeks contract duration.
Every other weekend (Sat/Sun).

Unit specific information

19 beds on the unit.
Primary Unit: PICU, may float as needed based on skill set and hospital needs.

Additional Details

Scrubs required to be in color Navy Blue.
First time travelers not accepted.
HOLIDAY POLICY - Must work 2 of 3 holidays.
