Targeted patient ratios are 1:6
Must have the following requirements: Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
Travel experience preferred
EPIC exp required
Unit may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care.

Job requirements

1.5 years of experience and level 1 or 2 preferred
Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday

Schedule information

Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion.
Traveler must be available to float in/out of specialty clusters.
The main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville), and North Campus (Englewood) are within 10-15 miles from the Main Campus.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.

Unit specific information

Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer.

Additional Details

I-9 required per contract.
Government Issued Photo ID is required.
E-Verify required per contract.
Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents.
Required if the candidate will be using a Compact Nursing license that differs from the state in which they will be working.
Certifications that are expiring within a week of start must be renewed and will not be accepted.
