Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.

Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1 Nights 9-10:1

We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living

We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Float to MS. Will not practice outside of scope

RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract

No holiday RTO - The agency nurse will not work all holidays but we need to use our discretion on which holiday we will need the agency nurse to work

Special Requirements: Tele required.

Patient Diagnosis: osteoarthritis of any joints, fractures of any bones
