Position Details

  • Position/Specialty: IR Tech
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Shift: 4x10 Days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year required; first-timers accepted.
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • Call Requirements:
    • Call rotation required (average of 10 days per month, including weekends).
  • Floating: Clinician will not float within scope to meet facility needs.
  • Local Candidates: Not accepted (must be more than 70 miles from the facility).
  • Pending License: Accepted at manager's discretion.
  • RTO Restrictions: Requests must be submitted with the application; additional requests after confirmation at manager's discretion.

Special Requirements

  • Work Experience: Required in Outpatient, Inpatient, and Adult ICU settings.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with PACS, C-Arm, Contrast, and Biopsies.
    • Proficiency in using pushable/detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, Snare Kits, and injector systems (preferably ACIST).
  • Epic Experience: Required.
