Part-time SLP is needed at PHRI. Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute is a state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Position requires a Speech Language Pathologist license and Basic Life Support certification. The ideal candidate must have the required level of experience.

The position is part-time with a Day shift (8am-4:30pm). Weekly guaranteed hours: 22 hours, with availability required on Sundays plus two weekdays, which can be fixed or variable. Weekend hours include two days a month on weekend days, and they do not have to be consecutive Sat/Sun. A compensatory day during the Sun-Sat week is provided to maintain a 5-day workweek.

The role is for a Speech Language Pathologist within a facility department/cost center 3844. Call requirements and float requirements are not specified. Among observed equipment is the EH R.
