Job requirements
- Scheduling requirements: Coverage for three 12-hour shifts each day, seven days a week, including weekends.
- Days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract.
Schedule information
- Unit staffing description: ADOL unit takes patients from 12-18 yo, Serenity is a lower acuity adult unit.
- ITU is the higher acuity adult unit, SRAD specializes in senior lifestyle patients.
- VINE is a lower acuity adult unit.
- Number of Beds: ADOL 18, Serenity 24, ITU 32, SRAD 16, VINE 9
- Patient Ratios: Nurses 8 to 1, MHT’s 12:1
- Type of equipment: Meditech documentation system
Unit specific information
- Patient Experience requirements: Follow ICARE values and use AIDET communication behaviors.
- Dress Code: Nurses wear blue or black, MHT’s wear green or black.
