- Must have BLS certification must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted
- Registered dietician LTACH to provide initial and reassessments on all patients admitted to the hospital.
- Ensure proper completion of documentation of assessments, care plans, education and discharge planning.
- Interviews patients, family members and staff to obtain diet history, food preferences needed to develop and or update plan of care.
- Coordinates with Culinary Service Manager to resolve patient's concerns or dissatisfaction with diet or meal service.
- Must be a Registered Dietician with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Must have KY Dietician License.
- Must have 2 years recent Dietician in an Acute Care Hospital setting experience.
- Shifts will be Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p, no weekend or on-call
