Unit Information: Number of Beds: 21, Patient Ratios: 4:1, can go up to 5:1, 3:1 for BiPAP teams, Equipment: BiPAPS, High flow, and telemetry monitoring, occasional Cardiac Drips, EMR: Cerner
Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficient in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy including PICC line management, dressing changes, IV medications administration of antibiotics, drips including heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, cardizem & Tracheostomy Management, Intermediate/step down experience, Preferred Skillset/Experience: Proficient with BiPAPs and high flow and Proficient with chest tubes, Pulmonary disease management, Type of Patients on Unit: Mix, Personality Fit: Positive attitude, flexibility with changes on the unit, excellent critical thinking in stressful situations.
Dress Code: Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue tops, Bottoms – blue or black
