  • 2 unit secretaries (0600-2200 daily)
  • Patient care techs available at all times, fluctuating based on census

  • Telemetry for each room
  • Dynamaps for vital signs

Scheduling Requirements

• Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
• Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and holidays required
• Floating Policy: Nurses may float to other units as needed

• Hourly rounding
• Bedside shift report
• My Care Boards
• AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You)
