EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use: Mckesson and Epic
Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): GE and Toshiba
Will they have to float/cover any other areas? Yes, If the GE machine goes down, the traveler will need to know how to use a Toshiba scanner
Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No
Radiologist in-house? During the Day but not evening or weekend

Average # of scans/studies per day: 30 in a 12 hour shift
Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: CTA, Body, Neuro
Do they have to start IV's? Mainly ED patients come with IV's but tech should know how to start and trouble shoot non-working IV's
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Are scrubs provided? Solid colors. Scrubs are provided
