Coordinates total nursing care for patients
Participates in patient and family teaching
Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

EMR: Epic

Job requirements

Must include New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate with all Nursing submissions
Unable to consider candidates without this license uploaded with traveler profile
Must be willing to float between Thompson, Farnum, and Kingsbury units
ICU RNs will be considered
2+ years Med Surg experience required
EPIC experience required

Schedule information

Must be willing to work TWO of the following holidays and associated weekends: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year Eve/New Year Day
Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload
No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted
Block scheduling will not be considered for this need

Unit specific information

Med Surg float need between Thompson, Farnum, and Kingsbury units
Traveler may float between units during shift

Additional Details

Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
