AHA or American Red Cross certifications only.

Certifications such as BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM required as applicable.

Travel/Contract employment type.

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years, including travelers new to travel nursing.

Patients may include general surgical patients, hospice, cardiac services, pre and post cath, tele neurology, oncology.

Unit systems in use include Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR.

Unit orientation spans 2, 12hr shifts with required hospital orientation in week one.

Accepts 1st time travelers

Skills: IV Start, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Cardiac & Vasoactive drips management (no titration)

Certs required: BCLS and NIH

36 hours per week can be offered.

Float Requirement: Floating as needed to other Med/Surg units.

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.

COVID patients care requirement.

Unit schedules in place.

Target Ratios: 1:5/6
