American Heart Association only. ACLS required for: ACU, Cath Lab, CCU, DOU, ED/ER, ICU, L&D, OR, PACU, RT, SDS and Tele
American Heart Association only. ENPC is acceptable in lieu of PALS. Required for: ER, PACU, Cath Lab, RT, SDS & all Pediatric RNs
American Heart Association only. NALS is also acceptable. Required for: NICU, L&D and Postpartum
Required for ER. Must be source verified. (Will need to email ENA site for verification).
Proof of current license
Primary Source Verification
IV Certification (LVN/LPN)
FIRE CARD (LA City facilities only - EHMC & SOH)
MAB is required for ER and Psych
Sonographer - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Certificate
Full background/criminal check - Aya standard search, 7 years of all counties lived/worked, nationwide, sex offender
Reference Checks (minimum of two)

Facility requires employer verified copies of AHA certs, so we can source verify.
