Minimum Years of Experience: Must have 2 years of surgical unit experience

Traveler Experience: Travel experience is preferred but not required

Required Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response Teams, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Surgical drains, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac

Preferred Skills: Titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac

Ratios: 1:6 for floor for surgical/medicine inpatient patients

Scheduling Type: Schedule as needed

Unit Orientation: 2 Days of hospital orientation, 24 hours of floor training

SCRUBS: All Navy or Navy on bottom/White Top

Combination acuity unit: Adult medical surgical and surgical stepdown

Traveler Experience: Travel experience is preferred but not required

Expected to work every other weekend
