Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements if candidate has AK license in hand).

Shift: 3x12 rotating. Will be working a mix of 12 hour days, eves, nights depending on the need of the unit.

Ratios: 1:4

Years of Experience REQ: Minimum of 1 year Required. Facilitation skills preferred.

Epic REQ? 1 year of epic required

First-Timers Accepted: Yes but Travel experience is preferred.

Weekend REQ: TBD

Skills REQ: IV Insertion required and tele interpretation preferred.

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Will float as needed.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 GWW

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Congestive Heart Failure, Orthopedics, Diabetes Mellitus, UTI, Hypertension, Pneumonia, GI Bleed, Renal Failure, COPD, Pancreatitis, AMS, Bowel Obstruction, BIPAP, Wound/dressing changes (wound vac)

Common Equipment: walkers, canes, crutches, vital sign machines, glucometer, thermometer, bedside commode, shower chair, CPM machine (continuous passive motion), hoyer lift, sara steady (powered), nurse call system

ACLS required.

PALS required.

NIHSS preferred.

Pending License Accepted: AK license needed. Will consider candidates without an AK license, but they will be booked 10-12 weeks out to allow processing time.
