Skills: Telemetry, Management of Dysrhythmias, Telemetry - On the Unit Monitoring, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Blood Product Administration, Central Line Care/Management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC Line Management, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac Drips - No Titration, CVA, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABG's, Nasal Canula

Scrubs: Navy Blue

Government issued photo ID.

Scrub Color for ALL RNs is navy blue.

Photo (for Badge) required.

Hand Hygiene Policy - all travelers must review prior to start. Nothing to turn in.

For travelers choosing to decline, two forms must be completed. Appendix A & Appendix B - medical OR Appendix C - religious OR Appendix D - Deferment

For travelers choosing to decline for medical reasons: Appendix A and B must be completed and submitted for review.

For travelers choosing to decline for religious reasons: Appendix A, C & religious additional doc must be completed and submitted for review.

For travelers that need to defer/postpone receiving the vaccine, Appendix A and D must be completed and submitted for review.

For religious exemption request travelers must complete this document along with appendix A and C
